At Streezy Case, we want your phone to look as bold as you do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all original condition products. If your new case doesn't perfectly match your vibe, we are here to make the transition seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused case in its original Streezy packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
